| | The Langebaan Print
Description: Dr. David Roberts, a South African geologist, discovered three fossilized human footprints in sand along the shores of the Langebaan Lagoon, north of Cape Town, South Africa.
Mainstream Theory: It is accepted by scientists that these prints are real and are the most ancient footprints of modern man and dated at approximately 117,000 years old.
Alternative Theory: It is interesting to note that less detail is found in these prints, which are agreed to be human, than in other prints from more ancient times, which scientists insist are not human. |
