Contains the word of the Lord God of Israel both in the Tanakh and the Beyrit Chadash, as translated into Modern (Israeli) Hebrew. A real bargain at this price. The only other 'hebrew-only' edition of the Tanakh that I've found is, of course, BHS, which can cost upwards of .... This is, of course, smaller, and lacks the complete BHS critical apparatus (which I wasn't looking for anyway). It is a beautiful blue imitation leather hardcover book with a small but readable Hebrew font. Highly recommended to the Hebrew speaker or student or the Jewish believer in Jesus the Messiah.
